Refund Policy
Thanks for booking the slot with Xeno’s Play Space
If after booking the slot you are not able to visit & you want to reschedule your timeslot, we're
here to help.
Refunds -
Once we receive your amount for the slot booking, we will notify you that we have received your
amount against the desired slot.
However due to circumstances or situation if you are unable to attend the slot as booked and desired
by you than we shall carry forward the same for the period of 30 days from the date of booking and
you would be allowed to utilize the credit given by informing at the center. We will allot you an
alternate slot as desired by you subject to availability of that slot. But you need to make sure
that you utilize the amount within 30 days. Rescheduling can be done for the slot booking maximum 2
times.
